Greg Galle has over 30 years of experience applying Think Wrong Practices to a broad array of private, public, and civil sector innovation challenges, including product, service, process, systems, policy, experience, engagement, talent, professional development, and culture innovation. Greg co-founded Solve Next and today he teaches Intrapreneurship, Strategic Clarity, Next System Design, Discovery-Driven Innovation, and the Think Wrong Problem-Solving System through his client work and via invitations to participate in top conferences and events around the world.
Greg co-founded C2 Group with John, before which he served for seven years as the Director of Brand and Marketing Strategy for Wells Fargo Nikko Investment
Advisors, Barclays Global Investors, and Barclays PLC. There he was responsible for brand development, product and business innovation, and service and experience delivery across 200 businesses in over 70 countries. At Aaron Marcus and Associates, Greg’s clients included NASA, Apple, Hewlett Packard, Motorola, NCR, and Intel. Greg also serves on the board of Not For Sale, is an advisor to Fuse Corps, and a board member emeritus of Hope Street Group.
Mike Burn has 20 years of international consulting and product development experience focusing on first-of-kind, game-changing technology solutions with a focus on the property and casualty insurance industry, where he holds numerous patents. Mike co-founded Solve Next and today he teaches IIntrapreneurship, Strategic Clarity, Next System Design, Discovery-Driven Innovation, and the Think Wrong Problem-Solving System to clients around the world.
Mike was an intrapreneur at Guidewire Software for 7 years, where he co-founded a Big Data business to provide insurance executives with instant, real-time access to their data and industry data for benchmarking, strategic planning, performance analysis, and catastrophe response.
Previously he was responsible for opening up markets to Guidewire in Europe and China.
Mike was responsible for the multi-national development of the world’s most effective claims management system at USAA in San Antonio, Texas. Mike spent many years as a globetrotting programmer designing and implementing web infrastructures for IBM clients around the world. Mike reaches an average audience of 1,000 people each year through his work at Solve Next.
John Bielenberg is a designer, entrepreneur, and imaginative advocate for creating a better world through the application of creativity and ingenuity. John is a co-founder emeritus of Future Partners, launched in 2012 to teach Think Wrong Practices to individuals, teams, and organizations around the world through his client work, his partnerships with universities, and via invitations to participate in top conferences and events around the world.
In 2001, John co-founded C2 Group, a brand strategy firm, to help leaders from technology startups, Fortune 500 companies, and the world’s top business management consulting firms develop, build and protect their brands.
In 2003, John created Project M, an immersive program designed to inspire and educate young designers, writers,
photographers and filmmakers that their work can have a significant positive impact on communities. In his career, John has won more than 250 design awards, including the AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts) Gold Medal for lifetime achievement. The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art has acquired six of his design projects and staged a solo exhibition of his work in 2000.
In 2009, John was awarded the Washington University Skandalaris Award for Design Entrepreneurship and an honorary doctorate from Maryland Institute College of Art. Most recently, John launched Secret Project, a new Center for Thinking Wrong at the California College of the Arts in San Francisco.
Think Wrong co-author Elizabeth Evitts Dickinson is an award-winning journalist whose articles and essays about architecture, design, culture, and creativity have appeared in The New York Times, The New York Times Magazine, Slate, Metropolis, CoDesign, Design Observer, Print, and The Atlantic’s Citylab, among many others. She’s been an editor with Fast Company, Metropolis, and Next City magazines and is currently a contributing editor with Architect. In 2011, she received the Roger D. Redden Award for achievement in the field of architecture writing and she teaches writing in the graduate program at the Maryland Institute College of Art. As a facilitator, lecturer, and journalist who is invited to participate in symposia, events, and media programs, Elizabeth reaches a vast audience through her writing and public speaking.
Think Wrong designer Michael Braley, Creative Director of Braley Design, has over 20 years of experience in brand, print, and packaging design. His work has been recognized internationally and is in the permanent collections of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design, The Denver Art Museum, and the Museum fur Kunst und Gewerbe in Hamburg, Germany. Braley also lectures and leads design workshops at universities and professional organizations around the country.
