$100 VC Fund Drill

Place your bets.

Use when you want to focus on what matters most and what might make the biggest difference.

The $100 VC Fund Drill lets Wrong Thinkers get serious about prioritizing their emerging solutions. Something happens when you bring 100 crisp dollars bills into the equation. Stakes are raised, game faces are revealed, and ideas are subject to another layer of resolution as the group imagines how they would allocate funds to the top ideas that have surfaced.

Leave the funny money at home, it’s time to get real about ranking. We’ve tried using fake, Monopoly-esque money during this drill, it just doesn’t have the same effect. We encourage you to bring real bills to the table for a real conversation around moving ideas forward.
