Instructions
Step 1
Introduce the Do It on Monday Drill.
Step 2
Instruct Wrong Thinkers to identify the most challenging question(s) raised by their emerging solutions.
Step 3
Have Wrong Thinkers identify what they might do on Monday with five days, three existing resources, two colleagues, and $50 for each question.
Step 4
Have Wrong Thinkers share their small bets with the group.
Tips
Small bets and affordable loss vary from group to group. Change the constraints to match your Wrong Thinkers’ sense of what “small” is for them.
For example, some will ask if the $50 can be more (or less)? Encourage Wrong Thinkers to not get hung up on the amount, but rather, use it as a starting point.
